2019 RATES: 

The Total Rental Cost of a vacation rental is the cost of the daily or weekly stay, plus a Resort Fee of $20 per night, plus a mandatory fee of $190 for clean-out upon departure, plus 14.42% in Hawaii taxes.  

Holiday Season: December 16 through January 2

  • $2900 per week  (7 night minimum)

Peak Season: January 3 through March 31

  • $388 per night (3 night minimum)
  • $2700 per week 

Spring Season: April 1 through May 31

  • $350 per night (3 night minimum)
  • $2400 per week 

Summer Season: June 1 through August 31

  • $385 per night (3 night minimum)
  • $2650 per week 

Autumn Season: September 1 through December 15

  • $340 per night (3 night minimum)
  • $2300 per week 

FEES AND POLICIES:


FEES

 Resort fee -- $25 per night.  Clean-out fee --  $180 for the stay. Hawaii Taxes apply.

  • A Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the Total Rental Cost (number of nights times the rental rate plus the Clean-out Fee plus Hawaii tax) is required to confirm a booking.  Payment must be made by credit card or other means through PayPal.
  • There is a mandatory Clean-out fee of $180, for cleaning upon departure. 
  • The remaining balance (75%) plus the Refundable Security Deposit must be paid no later than sixty (60) days prior to check-in.
  • Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the Total Rental Amount (Number of nights times rental rate).

POLICIES

  • Clean linens and bath and pool towels are supplied with the unit. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Daily housekeeping with linen change-out is not included. If requested, housekeeping with linen change-out is available for $85 per day.
  • The entire condo complex is a non-smoking area.
  • Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
  • No pets are allowed. 

Deposit Policies:

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or other method through PayPal.
  • The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  • The full 75% balance is due no later than 60 (sixty) days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the payment.
